Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
- Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address).
- Browser type and version, mobile operating system, device type.
- The pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages.
- Unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Information Collected while Using the Mobile Application
While using Our Application, We may collect the following data only with Your explicit prior permission through Your Device’s settings:
- Precise Location (GPS): User Location Tracking: We collect precise location data from user devices only while the user is logged into the mobile application and has provided prior device permission. This data is used by owners/admins to locate employees and/or company resources for business operational and time management purposes. Location data is processed using Google APIs (Google Maps Platform).
- Camera and Photos/Media: To allow You to upload profile pictures or add images to job files, notes, and project documentation.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: To allow You to use the web and mobile app features, and to monitor the usage of the Service. Specifically, to organize and maintain data about Your jobs, customers, employees, vendors, material lists, photos, notes, and timesheets.
- To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user and provide You with access to the different functionalities.
- For the performance of a contract: To fulfill the contract for the products, items, or services You have purchased through the Service (e.g., managing your paid subscription).
- Location-Based Services: To allow You to locate jobs, customers, and vendors based on address and geolocation data via Google APIs. To provide employee tracking services, allowing owners and admins to view the current location of their employees’ devices or other resources while the employee is logged into the app and has provided necessary permissions.
- To contact You: To contact You by email, phone, SMS, or push notifications regarding updates, security alerts, and informative communications related to the Service.
- To provide You with marketing and promotional materials: To send You news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events we offer, unless You have opted not to receive such information.

Email Marketing

- SendGrid: We use SendGrid to manage and send emails to You. Your email address and related identifier data are shared with SendGrid for this purpose.
Payments
We provide paid products and services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing:
- Payment Processors: Payments made through the mobile application are processed via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. For cross-platform subscriptions and management, We use RevenueCat, PayPal, Venmo, Wave, or Stripe.
- We do not store or collect Your payment card details; that information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies.
Advertising
We reserve the right to display advertisements within the Service in the future. Should we implement this, we may use Service Providers to show advertisements to You to help support and maintain Our Service.
- Google AdMob or AdSense: We may use Google AdMob or AdSense for serving advertisements. These services may collect and share Your device information and Usage Data to contextualize and personalize the ads.
- Data Retention, Security, and International Transfer
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- General Data: We retain general business and account data (Jobs, Customers, Vendors, etc.) for up to seven (7) years to comply with financial, legal, and operational requirements.
- Location Data: Users precise location data is retained for a maximum period of thirty (30) days. This data is automatically cleared upon certain actions, including when the employee signs out of the application or is marked as inactive by an administrator.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices in Pennsylvania, United States, and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
